Change of use and whole house refurbishment with loft conversion
The existing house was originally two separate flats. The project comprised of a full house refurbishment and new loft conversion for a new single family dwelling.
The ground floor layout was reconfigured to include a comfortable part open planned layout for the reception, kitchen and dining spaces, with back-of-house utility and powder room tucked away in the darker interior spaces of the house. The loft conversion maximised the space available and resulted in a large master bedroom with an ensuite shower room and a separate study.
